Leah was absolutely wonderful. We were selling our first house and had no idea what to expect or really what to do in general. We had Leah out to look things over before we decided to list and she was up front, honest, and gave good feedback on what we should do before listing but in a practical way. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market and clearly does accurate research. Throughout the entire process she was always prompt with feedback, and did a great job at putting our mind at ease is we had any questions or concerns. She was always well organized, quick to respond, and always available when I had the occasional out of the blue dumb question call. She did an excellent job at finding some good middle ground between us and the buyer and within 9 days of listing we had an offer! Market being what it was, got over our asking price, and thanks to Leah there were no hiccups and we walked away from the experience as stress free as I feel you could be when selling! I cannot recommend her enough, we found her by complete accident and could not be happier with the result.

In this market she was very skilled in negotiations to the point where she got me 5 thousand more for my home than the asking price. I would recommend her to anyone. I hired Leah to rent my townhouse out. My tenants lease was up on July 14th and I was nervous that my house was going to sit empty for a few weeks. Leah worked quickly to find tenants for my property. Not only did she get more money then it was previously going for, but she had new tenants moving in only three days later! This was perfect timing as my house wasn't going to sit empty and I had a few days to get the house ready for the new tenants. Leah worked hard and dropped everything to help me out, I highly recommend her.

Leah is very responsive and worked with my schedule to arrange appointments to view many properties. I looked at numerous properties over a period of a couple of months before finally making an offer on a home. Leah tirelessly took me around to view the different properties I flagged. It should also be noted that my search took place over the summer months and Leah had a few prearranged vacation trips. She remained connected and responsive while on travel and I never had an issue with Leah arranging for a back up realtor to show me properties in her absence. In short, I definitely recommend Leah.
